Deionized Water is water that is processed to remove impurities and give Crema a moisture rich texture.
Lauryl Alcohol helps to add moisture to the hair and also changes how water interacts with the product, allowing the conditioner to glide easily onto the hair.
Hydrogenated Tallow Glycerides deeply condition the hair and add moisture to the hair cuticle.
Triethanolamine interacts with other ingredients to control the pH level of the conditioner. It is the ingredient that would alter the pH balance of the hair to allow for absorption into the cuticle.

Side Effects and Directions
After shampooing, you should apply a small amount of Crema to your damp hair. Leave the product on for one or two minutes and then rinse well. For deeper conditioning, you can leave the product on for up to 15 minutes before rinsing. Crema can be used on a daily basis after you shampoo.
Many users of Crema have reported some negative side effects upon use the product. Many of those who have tried Crema report a foul odor upon use. The smell is reported to go away after rinsing the product out, but it’s very oppressive when applied to the hair.
