After molding whitening trays prior to use, brush and floss teeth, then apply a drop of gel to the trays and spread evenly. Place trays over teeth and wipe away any excess gel. Leave the whitening trays in your mouth for at least half an hour, then remove the trays and rinse excess gel from teeth and gums. Brush your teeth, then rinse the trays in cold water and store in a cool, dry place.
